Sales Account Coordinator

Job Description:

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, including account appointments, line review dates, and set dates
  • Develop a filing system that allows for easy accessibility to sales files both digitally and in hard copy form by utilizing the company’s resources (Master Customer File)
  • Prepare and organize sales decks, presentations and sales collateral
  • Coordinate and tag sample requests, track samples and provide labels as needed
  • Complete required paperwork for new accounts, item set-up, quote sheets to ensure accuracy with data management
  • Navigate retailer portals for item set ups and pertinent information (Who owns)
  • Maintain account program listing, item listing, price listing (Master File)
  • Work with the Marketing and Social Media teams on completing the necessary paperwork to provide the relevant digital assets by brand and retailer
  • Coordinate customer requirements and documents such as entitlements, givebacks, rebates, and yearly customer vendor agreements.
  • Develop relationships and serve as a back-up to key customer contacts
  • Assist in the preparation and participate in all trade shows, regional shows, and industry events
  • Respond to concerns from customers and offer support and solutions as needed
  • Manage the account tracking list and ensure that all work is completed by account (meeting follow-up, upcoming meetings, on-going projects)
  • Responsible for onboarding new accounts, new sales leaders and new sales reps
  • Act as an ambassador to the company
  • Prepare Planograms
  • Assist with Forecast Reporting

Job Requirements:


  • Good technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience in sales or sales administration is a plus
